GENERAL CHECKING SECTION Every bus has about 500 K.m long routine. so it requires checking everyday. This section has Checking of nut-bolts Checking of lubrication oil of engine,gear box etc Checking of brakes,clutch,gear Lighting system Tyre tube & air pressure Leaves of leminated leaf spring

WHEEL SECTION In this section two works are performed 1-Wheel maintenance 2-Brakes repairing Maintenance of wheel has mainly greasing of bearings. TAPER ROLLER BEARING

WHEEL PARTS

BRAKES Brakes are applied on brake drum.

1.In this section leaves are changed. 2.I-bolt and U-bolt are changed. 3-Shackle joint is repaired.

DENTING & PAINTING SECTION DENTING:-Denting refers to joint two metal sheets by means of rivets. In this section joining of two metal(steel) sheets is done by the pop rivets With the help of pop rivet machine. PAINTING:-Bus number,routine circle and painting related work is done in this section.

cylinder block is made by single casting.it has oil gallery for circulation of lubrication oil and water gallery for water Cylinder block Gasket Cylinder sleeve

Combustion chamber is casted at the top of piston.A cone shape is also casted in this chamber which helps to create turbulence in air and temperature at the tip of cone rises up to 1500 kelvin. Piston Piston rings Piston position:

Clutch housing is an additional part of the engine which has flywheel, clutch plate and pressure plate. Flywheel is directly connected to crank-shaft.its main functions are:- 1.To complete 4-stroke of the engine with uniform twisting moment. 2.To start the engine by means of self. 3.For the clutch operation.
