© Novell, Inc. All rights reserved What's new in the Demo Systems Portal? Other useful features of the Dashboard Upload files to share with guests. This automatically creates a presentable version in the Dashboard. Just upload, wait a few minutes for the automatic conversion and click Present. The Bulletin Board to post dial in numbers etc. Invite button sends to guests including access URLs. Stays live after the demo expires so guests can get shared content.

© Novell, Inc. All rights reserved What's new in the Demo Systems Portal? Parking Lot – Demos Tab (Limited to select US employees at launch) Archives demos to near line storage. Demos are suspended and available for future recall. Customized demos can be reused quickly and need less setup. While only available to select US employees currently, we'll work to expand it's availability as quickly as possible. Parking long term demos saves valuable NODS resources. Lowers the setup time and resources needed for customized demos while increasing system use. A classic Win-Win.

© Novell, Inc. All rights reserved What's new in the Demo Systems Portal? Conclusions New features in every aspect of the new portal, all designed to help users travel less and sell more. The best way to learn the Portal and systems like NODS is to use them. Experienced users have a much greater effectiveness. We are in constant touch with our users. We often do special setups for special sales situations and integrate what we learn back into the system. For more information visit
