Phillip vs. Phillip In Chapter 9 of The Cay, there is a big turning point. What happened? How would you describe Phillip before this event? What changed about Phillip after this event?

Planning 1. Write a paragraph (7 sentences minimum) about Phillip before Timothy slapped him. – How did he treat Timothy? – In what other ways was he immature? – What led to the slap? 2. Write a paragraph (7 sentences minimum) about Phillip after Timothy slapped him. – What happened immediately after the slap? – How did Phillip treat Timothy differently after that? – What else happened that showed more maturity?
