A QUICK GUIDE TO FORMATTING YOUR WORKS CITED PAGE

OVERVIEW 1.Open your annotated bibliography and a new word document 2.Copy the annotated bibliography and paste it in the document 3.Title the page: Works Cited. The title is centered on the paper. It is NOT underlined, italicized, or bolded. 4.Change all the font to 12 pt Times New Roman 5.Remove your summaries 6.Remove any unused sources 7. Alphabetize each entry by author’s last name 8.Select all the text – go to the arrow on the bottom right hand corner of the “paragraph” section in the task bar on Word. 9.Change the spacing to double AND change the Spacing for before and after to “0 pt.”
