Recognition Entering the European Higher Education Area  offers many benefits, but  requires the necessary changes such as  parallel process of integration,  rationalization of university structure,  adequate level of competence, etc.  University of Niš has the great expectations!

Comprehensive Internationalization  It is a commitment, confirmed through action, to infuse international and comparative perspectives throughout  the teaching,  research, and  service missions of higher education.  It shapes institutional ethos and values and touches the entire higher education enterprise.  It is essential that it be embraced by  institutional leadership,  governance,  faculty,  students, and  all academic service and support units.

Comprehensive Internationalization  the movement of students, scholars,  the movement of ideas across national boundaries,  developing cross-cultural awareness,  promoting values of interconnectedness,  upholding the values of inter-cultural exchange,  internationalization of curricula,  continued professional development,  global ranking schemes,  the search for common standards,  international recruitment.

Necessary University Reform Internationalization and Cooperation are two parts in global strategy at the University of Niš  Establishing and strengthening the network with European HEIs.  Responsibly fostering established cooperation and building new bridges of collaboration with European HEIs.  Facilitating the mobility of students as the primary objective.  Facilitating the transfer of knowledge and new technologies (e.g. through Innovation Center).
