2 Fundamental education. Fundamental education is associated with the study of basic (core) concepts. Pragmatization education. The trend pragmatism of modern education makes its development in the direction of the most pressing areas of social life. Computerization (computerization) education is associated primarily with the development of technologies of information processes, global computerization. Individualization of education is determined by the capabilities of the individual characteristics of the student's records, relying on his ability, self-disclosure and self- actualization professional. Regionalization of education is related to socio-economic and political needs of the region in which it is carried out. The main trends in higher education

3 Main problems: The need to include, exclude, modify taught material, depending on the requirements of the market / region The need to monitor the integrity of the material The need to adapt education to the individual possibilities of individual student or group of students The difficulty of forming test materials, depending on the material studied Relevance of the research Solving these problems is a difficult task for the teacher, in the absence of an automated support system.

Objectives: 1.A study of methods and ways of organizing the connectivity and development of educational material. 2.Development of a model and format descriptions of educational material. 3.Development of principles describing the formation of modules and educational materials. 4.Development of methods of construction, communications, integrity control and route development of educational materials. 5.Development of methods for the formation of test materials. 6.Development of methods for the conversion of existing educational materials. 5

The object of the research is software systems management information support of teaching methods, their function and architecture. The subject of the research is models, methods and software systems management information support teaching materials. 6

Keywords Student-centered learning - this training, which takes into account the individual characteristics of the student. It is the individual student is the entity to which the aims and learning process. Information educational system - is complex, including computing and communications equipment, software and system staff, providing support and management of dynamic (time-varying) information model of the education system to meet the information needs in the formation of the individual, society and the state. Adaptive Learning (Adaptive learning) - a kind of organizational learning, which implies a permanent adjustment of the current action and correction of errors has to adapt to the changing environment. Expert systems in education - computer system designed to solve quality problems with the help of accumulated knowledge and derived inferences. The latter can be produced both by formalizing collected by experts skilled in the domain of information and by means of extracting knowledge from other information sources. Educational content (Learning content) - the content, internal content of anything. 8
