What Did The Capital Planning Committee Do? Each building was visited multiple times and as a Committee, the following items were reviewed:  Environmental Concerns (Asbestos, Lead, and Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removal)  Painting (Interior and Exterior)  Flooring, Stairwells, Security, Phone Systems  Classrooms, Libraries, Labs, Bathrooms, and Modular Units  Furniture Needs  Roofs, HVAC Systems, Boilers  Windows, Doors, Ceiling Tiles, and Lighting  Walkways, Parking Lots, and Driveways  Fields and Playgrounds (including Fencing)  Water, Sewer, Gas, Electrical, Sprinklers, & Plumbing  Gyms (Weight Room), Auditoriums, Kitchens, and Cafeterias  District Vehicles (including Dump Trucks and PAVE van)
