Introduction to Applicant Tracking Statewide Applicant Tracking Solution –Free to LEAs and Charters Solution provides a mechanism to –Post vacancies for any school positions –Collect candidate applications –Review and manage hiring process –Onboard new staff 3

Applicant Tracking Project Overview Statewide rollout to LEAs started in February 2016 The Office of Charter Schools, has been involved since the beginning of the project and fully engaged since late April 2016 Templates and designs specific to Charters are being developed in conjunction with the Office of Charter Schools and are expected to be implemented over the next couple of months Pilots slated to begin rollout in the July timeframe Rollout schedule currently under development 4

Working with Our Team Our Applicant Tracking project team is comprised of IT experts from DPI and PeopleAdmin Services provided include: –Charter Support –Applicant Support –Training Rollout and overall design is led by Joel Leeper and George Phelps, respectively 5

Rollout Approach Pilot with ten charters Assess charter configuration and work through issues that arise PeopleAdmin will initiate contact when we are close to your projected go live date Initial training will be provided by PeopleAdmin and DPI staff PeopleAdmin is handling Applicant and Charter support 6
