Some of the things Jews had combed out of the Scriptures include: So be careful to do what the LORD your God has commanded you; do not turn aside to the right or to the left. A TRUSTWORTHY REVELATION THE TRUTH

The Psalmist said: Teach me your way, O LORD, and I will walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. – Ps 86:11 I have chosen the way of truth; I have set my heart on your laws. –Ps 119:30

There’s a principle… No positive change can happen in a person’s life without honesty. –Psychology can be helpful - when the patient becomes honest. –Religion is of value only when it is real – Truth that is sincerely believed.

The Word - Logos God & about Man who was created in His image. Life – both here and hereafter; both blessed and cursed. Sin, judgment; Mercy and forgiveness. Happiness & Joy. God's precise communication about:

Truth is not just a body of information It’s an attitude. It’s a nature. Jesus is that nature He is TRUTH. And we can trust Him absolutely!

A FULFILLING ADVENTURE THE LIFE

We can fill the adventure of life with: possessions, accomplishments, experiences, acquaintances; and miss what life’s all about.

Solomon wrote: For these commands are a lamp, this teaching is a light, and the corrections of discipline are the way to life, – Pr 6:23 He who heeds discipline shows the way to life, – Pr 10:17 The Psalmist said: You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. Ps 16:11

Jesus is life! To –believe in Him, –abide in Him, –have a relationship with Him –is to live. He rose from the dead –because He is THE LIFE. And He offers to give it to us!

We May Conclude that…

To try to live without Jesus as Lord of your life is to: Engage in the struggle without the dynamic, the purpose and the hope. Be disconnected and alone.

To seek another way… Is to discover that all other ways are dead ends.
