The objective of this power point is to inform employees how and where to locate Bourbon County Schools Policies on-line and how look up procedures with the policies in the handbook.

*Click on the appropriate handbook.

Hover over “About Us” Then click on “Board Policies” on bottom of the drop down

You will see a page that looks like this: Then you will click on the chapter drop down and click on the chapter of interest:

Click on the policy dropdown and scroll down until you find the policy number or title you are searching:

Once you find the policy number in the handbook or in the dropdown then click on procedures and match the procedure number with the policy number:

There are 10 Chapters if you are look up a policy: Just simply find the Chapter- click on it-then find the policy title/number and click on it to read the policy. If you need the procedures, you will need to click on procedures and match the numbers of the policy to narrow down your choices.
