1 Using the Advanced Font Extension in Chrome For Viewing Non-Unicode Fonts in Scripture Forge

2 1. Install the Karenni Unicode font on your computer. (Found at Karennirefugees.com)

3 2. Begin to install the extension by clicking the “Apps” button on the bookmark toolabar.

4 3. Click “Web Store” to open the online store and search for the free extension.

5 4. Type “Advanced Font Settings” in the search box and press the enter key.

6 5. Scroll down to find the “Advanced Font Extension.” It may not be at the very top.

7 6. Open the Advanced Font Setting extension in the Chrome store and click “Add to Chrome.”Advanced Font Setting

8 7. Confirm installation by clicking “Add extension.”

9 8. You should see a confirmation of the install in the top right corner in the current version of Chrome.

10 9. Click the three line “hamburger” icon on the top right and select “Settings.”

11 10. Select “Extensions” in the left navigation.

12 11. Click “Options” under the extension title.

13 12. Select Karenni Unicode font in the “Standard,” “Serif,” “Sans-Serif” and “Fixed” font drop downs.

14 13. Click the blue “Apply Settings” button at the bottom. The font should now appear on any page you navigate to from this point on.
