TEACHER INSTRUCTIONS All students taking chemistry have been instructed to complete this activity as a daily grade during ATC. They are to turn it in to their chemistry teacher by Thursday. A plain sheet of paper and colored markers, crayons, or colored pencils is all that they will need. PLEASE let them know that the shirt design should cover the entire page.

Tee Shirt Art 10 th Grade ATC Lesson OBJECTIVE: Reinforce Knowledge of the Bohr Model

Find your elements’ placement on the periodic table to determine atomic number, number of protons, number of neutrons and number of electrons.

Draw a Bohr Model on the tee-shirt. The pocket must contain the number of protons, the number of neutrons, and the number of electrons. The name of the element and symbol must be shown somewhere on the shirt.
