What our reps say “Being a student representative was one of the highlights during my study at the University of Bradford. It added an extra dimension to my experience abroad. But what does being a student representative mean? As a student representative you can develop yourself in workshops and attend focus groups to discuss on how to improve facilities within the university. It is also possible to organise events which brings a lot of satisfaction. You will also be able to represent your peers which helps you to improve your leadership and managing skills. You can even start your own society! This unique and warm environment is the perfect bridge from student life towards a professional career. The skills you gain as a student representative will benefit you for the rest of your life” Tom Spoelstra Student Representative of the Year
