How many times do we think about the organ that enables us to see our body? Exercise for you eyes

Facts All of us are conscious about our health and physical fitness. We go to gyms, exercise in the morning and take a healthy diet to keep our body in shape. But how many times do we think about the organ that enables us to see our body? We do not realize that our eyes need to be exercised for a healthy vision. Exercising your eyes also reduces eye strain. If you are wondering how to exercise your eyes, here is the answer Alexandra White

Getting started The exercises for eyes are very simple. You should begin with rubbing your hands together. When they become warm, cover your eyes with them. Do not apply pressure on your eyes. No light should enter your eyes. Now, try to see blackness. Imagine distant objects or happy incidents. When everything turns black, take your hands off your eyes. Repeat this process four to five times. Tightly close your eyes for up to 4 seconds. Then, open them. Repeat this for 8 to 9 times Alexandra White

Easy exercises 1 Massaging your eyes is an important step in how to exercise your eyes. You should wash your hands before massaging your eyes. With circular motions of the fingers, massage your eyes and the forehead. Do not apply pressure on your eyes. Press your eyelids lightly with three fingers. Now, sit and relax. Rotate your eyes anticlockwise and clockwise. Do this for 2 minutes Alexandra White

Easy exercises 2 Focus your eyes on a far object for a few seconds. Then, refocus on a near object. You should not move your head while doing this. Repeat this step 5 times. The next step is to hold a pencil before your eyes. Move the pencil closer to your eyes while keeping it in focus. Do this 10 times. Now, look on to a wall. Pretend as if you are writing something on the wall without moving your head. The larger the letters you write, the better the result. This exercise is enjoyable to perform Alexandra White

Easy exercises 3 For the next step, you have to imagine yourself standing before a huge clock. Look at the middle of the clock and then on an hour mark. Now, refocus on the center. This time look at a new hour mark. Do this 15 times. Move your eyes up to down and left to right 8 times. Do not look into a particular direction forcefully with your eyes. The most important thing to remember while exercising your eyes is to keep them relaxed. Finish up the exercises by repeating the first step: covering your eyes with warm hands. These steps let you know how to exercise your eyes Alexandra White

About me - Alexandra White 8 Hey my friend! I am Alex White and this is my blog. I think it is important that you know who I am, and why I have created this blog. I am a 28 year old medical student. I want to become an ophthalmologist in the future, because I was born with bad eyesight. I could not afford LASIK, nor would I want to. Honestly, I did not trust it. I have heard of side effects, and even permanent blindness using laser eye surgery. I wanted something natural. So I’ve invented an eye exercise which helps to improve your eyesight in a natural way. My blog is all about the cure and proper care of our most important body part – our eyes! My goal is to improve your quality of life thorugh giving out my free exercises. If you are looking for a way to restore your bad eyesight, you have found the right blog! I will not try to convince you there are 100% natural methods that can miraculously improve your natural vision or cure your exisiting eye diseases, unlike other similiar blogs. I will teach you how to take care of your eyes using some simple eye exercises, techniques and making simple yet significant diet and lifestyle adjustments. This will lead you to improving your eyesight and a better overall health. I hope you enjoy it!
