B ACTERIAL MENINGITIS I MMUNIZATION 22  If you are under the age of 22 you need to comply with the Bacterial Meningitis Immunization Requirement uh.edu/immunization  The vaccination must have been administered within the last five years and at least 10 days before the start of the semester Summer 2016 : Before May 27, 2016 Fall 2016 : Before August 12, 2016  The UH Health Center offers the bacterial meningitis vaccine for $143 to admitted students, It may be cost less to get the immunization in your country
