European Women Interactive Learning GRUNDTVIG Learning Partnership PROJECT ACTIVITIES REVISION With the support of the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union. 1) PROJECT AIM – RELOADED! The project AIM is to discuss learning methods based on ICT to promote women’s participation in adult learning and maximising their ICT knowledge. This implies: -To provide women with new competencies for the possible development of new profiles (LEARNING NEEDS DEFINITION) -To propose a suitable methodology -To study / create a suitable ICT tool to support the learning process (ISTRUMENT) -To display the selected methodologies in a non formal background (FLEXIBLE LEARNING ARRANGEMENT) -To define the contents to be transferred - cultural sector (CONTENTS) -To test the validity of the ICT – based methodology // of the ICT tool so created on a small group of learners (TESTING)

2) HOW TO REACH THE PROJECT AIM? A POSSIBLE STEP BY STEP PATH: LOGICAL ORGANISATION

a)DEFINITION OF LEARNERS’ NEEDS / POSSIBLE TRAINING METHODOLOGIES / POSSIBLE ICT TOOLS -Presentation and analysis of already existing ICT – based training methodologies -Identification and analysis of already existing ICT technologies to support education and training (e.g. open source instruments, 2.0 and 3.0 technologies etc.) -Better definition of the target group to be addressed -Joint preparation of a learning needs assessment questionnaire considering elements such as: ·Time and Place constraints (flexible learning environment) ·ICT skills and requirements ·Learning contents ·Etc

b) DEFINITION OF LEARNERS’ NEEDS / POSSIBLE TRAINING METHODOLOGIES / POSSIBLE ICT TOOLS: REFINEMENT - Presentation of the results of the lerning needs assessment questionnaires - Proposal of a new ICT based methodology / or proposal of a new ICT tool (if sustainable) - Definition of further steps to refine the proposed methodology or ICT tool for final testing

c)IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTENTS OF THE LEARNING PROCESS - Identification of suitable cultural contents to be transferred to learners - Identification of transversal contents – competencies of the training process: ICT / Languages -Adaptation of contents and material to the ICT tool / the ICT methodology

d)TESTING EVENT - Testing of the proposed training methodology / training tool - On a small group of women

e) FINAL EVENT - Presentation and evaluation of project results -Project prospective outcomes

3) THESE ACTIVITIES COULD BE IMPLEMENTED DURING PROJECT MEETINGS AND THROUGH DISTANCE CO – OPERATION ACTIVITIES: A PROPOSAL (see calendar proposal – word file)
