Effects on Adipose tissue Aids absorption of tissue fluids Beneficial to soft fat conditions such as cellulite

Effects on the Nervous system The central nervous system is either relaxed or stimulated depending upon the type of massage given. Slow stroking movements will help with relaxation and sleep, where as vigorous movements will stimulated - both improve their function.
