A TRAGIC LOVE STORY BY JULIANA B DUXBURY HIGH SCHOOL *STEPHAN AND JESSICA*

THE BEGINNING… It was early December. Everywhere you looked there was a big fat Frosty snowman, or a beautiful display of 1,000 shimmering lights. A light snow had just fallen, so the ground twinkled in the sun.

TWO NORMAL TEENS… Stephan’s football season had just ended, and they had won the super bowl. Jessica’s soccer season had just ended also. Stephan and Jessica were both star players in only eighth grade. But even though they were both stars, they had never spoken one word to each other.

ONE DECEMBER NIGHT… At about 7 p.m. on December 14 th, Jessica and Stephan were both online. Stephan chatted her, and her heart skipped a beat. They began talking more and more, and exchanged numbers.

THE CALL… Jessica called Stephan that night, and they talked for a few hours. They agreed to meet at Dunkin Donut’s the next morning, their first date.

SLOWLY FALLING IN LOVE… Every single day up until Christmas vacation, they were always together. He went over to her house, and she went over to his. Jessica’s parents adored Stephan, and Stephan’s parents thought Jessica was a great girl. They were both in love, and they knew it.

I LOVE YOU?... It was past Christmas, and now they were back in school. One night, Stephan and Jessica said their goodbyes, and said I love you to each other. However, Jessica started second guessing these words. She was starting to feel tension between them.

THE FIGHT… Stephan and Jessica got into a big fight during school the next day. Jess confronted Stephan about him ignoring her, and Stephan told her to back off. Jessica sped off with tears in her eyes, leaving Stephan speechless.

2AM… It was 2am. Jessica could hear her mom and dad talking downstairs, which was really unusual. “Mom…dad…what’s going on? Why are you guys up?” She asked. “Oh sweetheart, we have awful news. Stephan died.” Her mom cried.

GOODBYE STEPHAN… Two months had passed, and Jessica still couldn’t comprehend what happened. Stephan was everything Jessica could have ever wanted. He was handsome, athletic, smart, respectful, and kind. But as she stood by his grace, on a cold February afternoon, he was only one thing to her anymore. Gone.

THE END… I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THE TRAGIC LOVE STORY OF STEPHAN AND JULIET!!
