OF MNE 05/12, 25/12, 61/12, 20/13) STIPULATES THAT MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND MARITIME AFFAIRS SHALL PERFORM AUTHORITY FUNCTIONS, WHICH INTER ALIA REFFER TO: SECURITY PROTECTION OF MERCHANT SHIPS AND PORTS OPEN FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT ( in accordance with ISPS CODE and Chapter XI-2 of SOLAS 74 Convention)

OF SCG 32/04) 3.Decree on Organization and Method of Work of the State Administration (Official Gazette of Montenegro 05/12,25/12, 61/12, 20/13) stipulates that the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs shall perform authority functions, which inter alia refer to: security protection of merchant ships and ports for international transport

GAZ. OF SCG 32/04) fully apply PART A of ISPS Code Agreement which regulates the transfer of authorization for the provision of services of survey and mandatory certification for navigable objects registered in Montenegro fully authorized RO to apply Part A of ISPS Code on vessels engaged on international voyages. Amended by Comm. Decision 2009/83/EC Companies managing ships flying Montenegrin flag have been indentified by IMO number. Mandatory requirement of using IMO numbers for Companies will be part of New Law on Security of Navigation

Comm. Regulation (EC) No. 324/2008 Comm. Recommendation of 11 March 2010 No specific security requirements related to the application of BMP on vessels flying Montenegrin flag. There is a possibility given by the Ministry of transport and Maritime Affairs to board an armed escord on vessel flying Montenegrin flag passing piracy area

Proper recipients of SSAS alerts, c. Proper recipients of requests for assistance with security Incidents 3.Details of port facilities (SOLAS regulation XI-2/13.3)
