WIX Fleet Steps to Success Identify Fleet Filter Prospects Contact your WIX Business Development Manager (BDM) Refer to “Marketing Programs, info in the FMP internal site Inventory Management – Vendor Contacts – WIX Schedule time with the WIX BDM to visit customer WIX BDM will register fleet customer on excel sheet (see page 4 for example) BDM will fill out Account name, address and contact info FMP Rep will provide FMP fleet account number for BDM to include on form BDM will determine discount level (1,2 or 3) based on current filter needs WIX BDM will assign a registration number which is used for rebates WIX BDM and FMP Rep determine rebate level together (See slide 5) WIX BDM s the registration spreadsheet to WIX corporate (Linda Passmore) and copies FMP Corporate (Don Bucher and Tony Schwab) as well as FMP Sales Rep Don Bucher copies entries from the registration form into a tracking sheet on the Google Drive. Sheet is copied the same day it is received. Each entry on the sheet has the date it was entered for tracking purposes Google Sheet is shared with the following departments: Merchandising, Pricing, Accounting and Inventory 3

WIX Fleet Steps to Success FMP Rep works with WIX BDM to determine pricing based on market conditions and anticipated fleet volume Level is based on anticipated volume per the defined levels Discount off WIX blue price sheet is entered into calculator in blue box to show GP% on account (WIX provides pricing recommendation. Final pricing determined by FMP Rep/Mgr). Calculator and registration forms are sent by WIX to FMP Pricing & Merchandising teams Pricing Team implements pricing and cost structure to reflect appropriate on screen margin. The pricing team will input exception via Electronic Exception Form in SalesPoint. Once implemented, a confirmation will be sent to the Sales Manager and Sales Person assigned to the account, as is normal procedure for exceptions implemented via SalesPoint. If Proper information is not supplied to FMP by Wix BDM, the pricing team will reach out to the FMP Sales Manager and/or Sales Person to determine proper pricing. WIX rebates are provided direct to FMP and are built into the pricing structure for each customer to provide the appropriate on screen margin Customer is now set up and ready to buy In Blue Box Below, Type in the Suggested Selling Price as a Percentage Discount Off the Blue Price Sheet. The Spreadsheet Will Figure the Gross Profit Percentage Using Available WIX Programs. WIX Fleet Steps to Success System Pricing Based on the process outlined on slide 5, Pricing Team implements pricing and cost structure to reflect appropriate on screen margin WIX rebates are provided direct to FMP and are built into the costing structure for each customer to provide the appropriate on screen margin Customer is now set up and ready to buy Collecting Fleet Discounts On a monthly basis, Pam Dudash at FMP Corporate will run a report by fleet account number to determine monthly sales to that fleet Pam will submit the sales numbers to WIX at the beginning of each new month for prior months sales WIX will process rebate requests and credit FMP on a monthly basis 6

WIX Fleet Steps to Success On a future trip to the fleet: FMP Rep & WIX BDM conduct fleet survey to ensure adequate coverage and stock levels at servicing FMP location Why Fleet Surveys? Written record of what filters fit which piece of equipment Custom equipment catalog Inventory Management, avoids duplication Easy to use by the fleet mgr. Avoid down time waiting for the correct filter FMP can tailor inventory to match customer needs WIX BDM will forward the survey to Don Bucher at FMP Corp. who will copy Tim Johnson to check mins in the system and notify the FMP Inventory team to buy product for the servicing location. FMP Rep should maintain a copy of the survey. 7

Next Steps FMP Rep notifies Tim Johnson at FMP corporate 30 days or more prior to the anticipated customer buy start date whenever possible This will ensure correct inventory on hands to improve coverage and fill FMP Rep should continue to communicate with Tim if buying patterns or fleet vehicles change Surveys and pricing review will be conducted annually to ensure customer inventory is correct and pricing profile matches actual volume 8
