What is an ADU?  An attached or a detached residential unit which provides complete independent living facilities for one or more persons  Permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation on the same parcel as the main residence  Ancillary to the primary unit on the parcel

Any improvements necessary to meet minimum standards must be made prior to permit issuance. No exceptions
