Approval of new results No requests Abstracts IPAC12, New Orleans May 20-25, due Dec 7 Short summary (VP) Enquiry (all) Abstracts to CHEP12, New York, May Summary by David Collings Speakers Bureau Session at CM31 Approval of Results Approval of Results (if any) for Conferences & Publications

Abstracts submitted to CHEP12, New York May Summary by David Collings All submissions (except one - which really rather annoys me) have been through some combination of Chris R., Linda and me for review before submission. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx We have submitted 7 abstracts - MAUS - MAUS Online Data Quality - Integration of Grid storage into a Windows-based DAQ process - The MICE Online Systems - Project Management Web Tools at the MICE experiment - The Memory of MICE, the Configuration Database - An Active CAD Geometry Handling System for MAUS Software There are three possible outcomes for each of these - Reject, Poster or Presentation. hope/expect that we will have no rejections and looking at the abstracts I would guess 3 or 4 presentations (however I have often disagreed with the CHEP reviewers in both directions in the past) All abstracts that make it to poster or presentation are invited to submit papers to the proceedings. These are peer reviewed and count as such. These will provide a series of references for MICE to use in the future.
