4. Repository of plots … under construction! Peter Gruber has agreed to assemble/maintain as flat files for the moment Paul Drumm has proposed a data-base ‘based’ system to store MICE figures, plans, drawings notes etc.  Requires some work to set it up at RAL  Will migrate pages when ready

Plan PAC03: Dan Kaplan had already submitted an abstract before speakers bureau instituted –Accepted for poster presentation –Nominee NuFact03: Plenary talk scheduled –Nominee Several other confernces (e.g. PIC03 contacted …) EPS03: first ‘big’ conference we have to organise! –Deadline for abstracts is 15Jun03 –Should send abstract on MICE … also development of subsystems … please send in suggestions –Suggest: internal deadline 02Jun03 Contribute to series of conferences: turn into a routine operation
