Objectives  Acquisition of knowledge, skills and good practices  Improvement of cooperation between institutions Conditions  Higher Education Institutions with Erasmus University Charter  27 EU member states and Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey  Stay from 5 working days up to 6 weeks  Selection of staff members by the sending institution  The sending and receiving institutions must agree on the training programme prior to the mobility period.

Outgoing Staff Mobility from the UGR Type A1 – English language course NUI-Galway (Ireland) 20 UGR staff members 2 weeks intermediate English language course (levels B1 to B2) Presentations of NUI-Galway Services, library visit Trip to the Aran Islands and cruise on River Corrib Accommodation in campus residence Corrib Village, NUI-Galway (4-bedroom apartments)

Outgoing Staff Mobility from the UGR Proceedings Call for applications Online application Selection standards:  Preference for staff members with no mobility before  Additional points for host University invitation (B) and UGR-STW participation the year before  Tie-break: language knowledge and seniority Acceptance/resignation /vacancies → substitutes Information sessions  Type A1 NUI-Galway English course  Types A2, B and C (other language courses, short stays, conferences and seminars)

Outgoing Staff Mobility from the UGR Conditions Preferably from June to August 1 week up to 900 €, 2 weeks up to 1440 € Course fees up to 700 € (A), inscription fees up to 400 € (C) Organisation of the mobility by the staff members (host University, accommodation, trip, courses & seminars)  NUI-Galway English course (only trip) Financial support paid on return Justification of the mobility and the expenses (original transport invoices, tickets and boarding cards, hotel invoice, course fee receipt, certificate of attendance, final report etc.)
