2 Erasmus+ utomeuropeisk mobilitet International Credit Mobility Mobility for students and staff between programme countries and partner countries, in both directions Programme countries 28 EU member states + Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Turkey Partner countries All other countries worldwide

3 Erasmus+ utomeuropeisk mobilitet International Credit Mobility All study levels: bachelor, master, PhD. 3-12 months for students, 5 days -2 months for staff Based on the same mechanisms as Erasmus+ mobility (a charter, bilateral agreements, learning agreements) Project length is 2 years

10 STUDENT GRANTS -Travel grants: € 180-1100 per student depending on distance between home/host country -Incoming students: grants of € 850, € 800 or € 750 per month depending on living costs in host country -Outgoing students: € 650 per month -Extra funding for students with disabilites can be granted separately

11 STAFF/TEACHER GRANTS -Travel grants: € 180-1100 per person depending on distance between home/host country -Incoming staff: grants of € 160, € 140, € 120 eller € 100 per day depending on living costs in host country, for maximum 14 days. After that 70% of this amount. -Outgoing staff: € 160 per day -Extra funding for staff with disabilites can be granted separately

12 APPLICATION 1.Identify partner institutions 2.Write bilateral agreements 3.Malmö University (international office) sends application to UHR (31 January 2016) 4.Application is assessed by UHR experts (quality criteria) 5.UHR announces approved applications for Sweden and writes contracts with approved institutions for a number of grants per region and per type of mobility 6.Approved projects can start sending/receiving students and staff Timetable:  December 2015: application support from the international office  Mid-January 2016: deadline for faculties to submit applications to the International Office  31 January 2016: Malmö University sends application to UHR

13 APPLICATION Identify partner institutions at Malmö University -Ongoing cooperations? -Bilateral agreements? -Linneaus-Palme projects?

14 APPLICATION Quality questions – award criteria 1)the relevance of the planned mobilities 2)the quality of cooperation agreements 3)the quality of the project design 4)its impact and dissemination for each Partner Country.
