SWOT analysis: STRENGTHS Hospitality Traditional local cuisine Rural culture Managers work there Untouched nature Loyal costumers (limited target groups but constant during time) Other 3 stars pension cannot be competitors for this enterprise Support of employees education High ratio between quality service and price Interesting locations nearby Modern facilities and business requirements
