FPD perspective Organisation is everything Involving trainees is an excellent move F2s CAN teach F1s Mandatory training can be enjoyed Practical and “small group” training is onerous to organise but is greatly appreciated Give them what they want!

Conclusions Widening curriculum and using novel sessions is important to diversify and improve content Ongoing feedback and improvement is essential Organisation and involvement of foundation year doctors improves the content and running of the program
