Evidence Brought Against Criminal: The severity of the charge against Billy was that he had been watching the couple for several weeks (observing their comings and goings). Neighbors had reported a man who meets the description of the accused walking up and down the street outside of the house a few days prior to the incident. A notebook was found on Billy during time of arrest. – Billy also had recorded street market value of the couple’s electronic devices seen through the window (gaming system, DVD player, Bose CD player). In addition, his fingerprints were found on the door leading from the garage to the kitchen and on the counter top. A bloody shoeprint was also found at the scene and the same shoes were found in Billy’s apartment.

Sentence: Sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole (2010). Serving time at Arizona State Prison – His lawyers are appealing the ruling to the District Court of Appeals
