Situation of crimes in modern Britain Has the highest criminal rate in the western world. The capital of crimes in western world. The number is still rising. Causing many social problems.

 From 1993 to 1996, the number was decreasing.  But in , the criminal rate increased by 7%,up to 5.52million. robbery, Increased by 28%,the number of burglary and car stealing increased.

Offences recorded in The total number of crimes against property is 4.7million, up to 93% of total, 5.1million.  Against cars 26%  Burglary 24%  Other theft 22%  Criminal damage 18%  Violence 6%  Others 1%

 The most frequently committed crimes:  Crimes against property i.e. theft, handling, stolen goods, fraud, forgery and criminal damage
