Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Changing negative thoughts into positive ones. Hoping to change the behaviour into more positive behaviour

Task: As an expert psychologist in the field of sleep disorders you have decided to open up a sleep clinic. You need to advertise your services: You can create a poster, a leaflet or a radio ad. You MUST include a description of the disorders you treat and the methods by which you treat them. You SHOULD include specific examples and a description of what the treatment will be like from the patients perspective You COULD include information about further research that you do, and advice about the possible side effects of treatments.

Finishing up.. You are suffering from a sleep disorder – describe your symptoms (write them down) 2mins Pass your symptoms along 4 people Now diagnose the patient who has been passed to you– how will you treat this client? Why?
