Pathology Imaging Working Sessions: Thursday June 4 AM 1.Research Use Case with The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Geoblastoma Multiform (GBM)–Annotation Requirements (limited focus on Markup) – deep dive into what is needed to annotate slide & define process for vetting new annotation terms into the PathArch annotation. 2.Education Use case: Training for pathology, archive use case - to address teaching (identify unique requirements). 3.Research Use Case: anatomic pathology reporting for tissue banking and bio-repositories - how this will integrate with caTissue. 4.Research Use Case: Efficacy of new grading systems. How to use the PathArch to evaluate new grading systems against previously diagnosed cases with older grading system.
