2 CTMS Special Interest Groups A proposed change in the format of the current community calls, in order to provide more transparency in communications, program direction and program integration with a minimum of duplicate information presented at each call. Communication: –Transparency of discussions –Centralized and simplified dissemination of information –Communication of prioritization activities and direction –Track the inputs from the community, provide visibility into the response to their inputs Program Direction: –Roadmap for adding the required functionality to make the tools useful –Roadmap for development timelines and long-term direction Program Integration: –Demonstrate the value of the workspace activities –Demonstrate cross workspace efforts

5 CTMS Product Review Call Product Review Call –Rotating schedule of application implementation overviews by members of the community Typically Coordinated with Knowledge Center Demos as required Project Team representation Product discussion-open forum –Schedule Posted so community can decide when to dial in Note: Schedule to be finalized and posted by November 1 st.

6 CTMS Projects Call CTMS Project Overview call (3 rd Wednesday 3:30 – 5:00PM EST) –Updates for CTMS specific applications - template provided to Project Managers to provide their updates (30 minutes) C3D LabViewer PSC PLT caAERS C3PR –CRF updates (30 minutes) –Review BAM Process workflows from the working groups (30 minutes) Note: Workflow review will allow for identification of “show stoppers” and allow “fixes” to be put in place prior to future application development.
