Technology Education is applying math, science, and technology; solving practical problems, using knowledge, tools and skills. It's action based, it's exploring careers, it's increasing ones potential and it's fun. Kendall Starkweather, Executive Director ITEA

Member of International Technology Association, a professional association for technology education teachers who teach a curriculum called Technology Education. Technology Education integrates the core subjects of math, science social studies and language arts in a problem-based format integrating technology principles.

 My class is as much like the business world as possible.  It is a problem based/activity class  I use authentic assessment  Students are given the opportunity to undergo the process of solving simulated real world problems.
