9 Task 5.1 – Final report The final report will: focus on the achievements regarding the Project targets: –Methodology for defining and evaluating a value function allowing to determine the best options for the airport. –Concept of operations for possible airport concepts that would maximise the different axis of the value function. –Methodology and tools to validate the above concepts. offer a walkthrough of the path followed by the project, offer the conclusions of the research in the different steps, include a description of the lessons learned during the process, including an evaluation of the methodology and validation techniques used. 19 Task 5.2 – Recommendations Taking into account that the work performed in this project is framed in the initial steps of the development life cycle, the project shall deliver : “Recommendations document” which shall include a set of reasoned recommendations o to enable the community to focus the future research effort into those areas that are considered more promising o to prepare airports for second half of the century.
