Ensure the first name and last name fields are correct and not transposed, as your username will generally be firstname.lastname Select and remember your security image, as you will be prompted for it every time you log in to APAN Check the box to “Accept” the terms of use and privacy policy (links to read each documents are listed) Click the green “Create your Account” button.

UNCLASSIFIED CREATING AN APAN ACCOUNT When your account is successfully created, you will see a confirmation screen with your username. Click “Sign In” to sign in to APAN for the first time. The system will also a confirmation message that contains your username for future reference.
