Who is United Community Centers? Founded in 1909, UCC continues to be a national mission institution with over 100 years of service of the United Methodist Church. Mission statement: “Guided by Christian principles, we serve and empower those in need.” Bethlehem (76102), Polytechnic (76105), and Wesley (76106) Centers located in Tarrant county.

After School Enrichment Program 2013 enrollment of 290 Served 71,055 meals in 2013 Licensed after school childcare on a reduced fee basis for Pre-K through 8 th grade (ACT III Youth Program for 9 th through 12 th grade). Goal is to help UCC's students outperform their peers in school through a literacy based program who are not participating in the program.

Summer Loss of Learning Program 10 week summer camp program that provides a fun, educational setting for children and youth to be safe during the months of June, July and August Program offers a variety of activities that enhance a child's life. This includes fine arts, recreational activities, field trips, cultural enrichment and interactive educational projects. The youth will explore various colleges and careers with projects, speakers and field trips which helps to give them a glimpse of what lies beyond their streets. Styles and Smiles at Arborlawn UMC

Client Assistance and Advocacy Mobile Food Pantry In 2013 served 4,498 households and 229,284 pounds of food, averaging 409 households and 20,844 pounds of food per month. Holiday Baskets and Christmas Gifts 624 Baskets served, and 557 individuals received Christmas presents from local UMC ministry.
