Our company - LC Group of companies “Sursky plant of technical clothes" – was established on production base of technical clothes factory JSC “Surskaya manufactory”. Technical fabrics plant has been working since 1972 with production volume of 150 tones per month. Technical textiles are produced on advanced high-tech Russian and modern equipment. Technical fabrics may be produced of: Width up to 24 meters and length up to 200 meters A surface density of 100 g/m2 to 8000 g/m2 Non-woven canvas of a width of up to 8 meters Closed seamless canvas Technical characteristics of the product meet the highest standards of modern textile.

Today textile production is getting increasingly widespread throughout the world. This trend is explained by high demand for different types of fabrics. Among all technical fabrics it’s worth to note filter cloth. As its main function is cleaning liquids and air. Filter cloth is getting more efficient and the range of its application is expanding daily. A great number of inventions were made basing on filter fabrics. Such items allow to separate different impurities from air and liquids. We are offering a wide range of filter fabrics allowing to solve many urgent problems. To a greater extent filter cloth is used in air filtration in various industries. The filter fabrics production is rather complicated technological process. The most precise equipment capable of producing ideal canvas trapping the smallest particles of dirt and dust should be used in manufacturing

Our enterprise produces filter technical fabrics using polyester and nitronic fiber. POLYESTER (LAVSAN) FIBER is elastic, resistant to abrasion, adhesion, bending. In acidic media the durability of polyester (lavsan) fiber is relatively high, in alkaline media its durability is significantly reduced. Polyester (lavsan) fibers are resistant to microorganisms. Made of them filter clothes don’t get mould, resistant to light. Polyester (lavsan) filter clothes can maintain the temperature °С while being used for long time.

It is widely recognized that Polyacrylonitrile fiber is one of the best synthetic fibers. This fiber doesn’t change mechanical properties in the wet state, it has rather high elastic properties, very high resistance to light and thermal aging. From all types of fibers nitronic fiber is more resistant to nuclear radiation. The drawbacks of nitronic fiber are high hydrophobicity and static characteristic, relatively low abrasion resistance, the difficulty of being dyed in dark tones. Nitronic fiber is widely used in filter cloth, canvas and other industrial good production. Modified polyacrylonitrile fibers are used as ion-exchange fibers providing efficient extraction of ions of various substances from solutions as well as extraction of medical substances and their clearance, respiratory protection while contacting harmful gases, water treatment. And even they can be used as an artificial substrate replacement for natural soil to cultivate different plants.

Filter clothes are used in the following industries: food industry (filtration of sugar syrups, juices and fluids, filtration of sour-milk products, filtration of milk powder, vegetable oils, flour milling industry, baking soda production); chemical industry (pigments and dyes production, cleaning gases of roasting and refining furnaces of arsenic concentrate, synthetic detergents production) pharmaceutical industry; ferrous metallurgy (for cleaning gases after electric arc furnaces, in vacuum systems open-hearth furnace and converter plants, in sinter plants for air purification after crushers, reset devices, in refractory materials production) non-ferrous metallurgy (air purification after shaft and tube furnaces, installations producing lead and zinc, air purification after boilers producing tin, after reverberatory furnaces producing antimony and rare earth metals); porcelain-faience industry; mining industry; cement and construction industries (for cleaning the suction air after grinding mills and grinding machines, mixing plants, drying drums, conveyors, packaging machines); petrochemical industry (for catching catalyst dust during the production of synthetic rubber, in suction systems of tire factories).

Cotton fabrics Cotton fabric is a special type of textile production. It consists of produced cotton blend with adding chemical fibers. In general that forms the yarn and then textile fabric. Today progress and modern equipment allow to create fabric of almost any size and composition. It is also noteworthy that the range of cotton fabrics is huge, and our customers are free to choose fabric of optimal width, length and density. Today cotton fabrics are in high demand.

A variety of design and operational characteristics of different mechanical rubber goods (MRG), the range of fabrics used in the manufacture of these products is extensive and specific. Properties of technical textiles are defined by the Standards or technical specifications of the fabric. Our range comprises the following types of fabrics 1.Cloth «Chefer», made using cotton yarn. Used for the manufacture of wings and reinforcement ribbons sides of the tires, mine ventilation pipes, impregnated pads and other technical products

2. Greasy combined fabric КНК. It is used for production of rubber-fabric bags and other products of special and technical purposes.

3. Greasy combined fabric Ursa. It is used for production of rubber-fabric bags and other products of special and technical purposes.

4. Combined technical greasy fabric ТРК-2. It is used for production of rubber-fabric bags and other products of special and technical purposes.

Our company manufactures technical cloth used for the production of asbestos and non-asbestos products: 1. Technical synthetic cloth brand СПА for the production of tubular products. Used for machines equipment producing pipes.

2. Technical synthetic cloth brand ИКШ. Produced by hypoproteinemia fibrous layer in the cell frame of the canvas. It is used to equip machines asbestos and non-asbestos production for molding articles of various profiles.

3. Technical synthetic cloth brand ИКШ - У. Needle punched universal cloth for asbestos and non-asbestos production.
