1 Spillage and Material Handling Systems

2 Our Profile Our Business Partners are
is a technology solution provider for industries for all their requirements to keep a safer and green work environment. We offer engineering expertise for vacuum cleaning, floor cleaning, mechanical sweeping, dust extraction systems, welding fume extraction systems, centralized extraction systems, high vacuum systems, centralized vacuum systems, Material transfer Systems, truck mounted vacuum systems, Vacloaders and Railvac systems. We have tied up with the best companies in the world to provide different solutions in different areas. Our Business Partners are - SWEDEN for high vac systems, centralized vacuum systems, Truck mounted vacuum systems and Rail Vac systems. GERMANY for dust collectors, fume extraction systems, oil mist separators and centralized extraction systems.

3 Centralized Vacuum Systems
Centralized vacuum systems are used for collecting or recycling of spillages from multiple points in a factory. It will reduce the manpower movement inside the factory and the collection and discharge will happen in real-time. The System

How It Works? Central Vacuum Unit Discharge Hopper for the Spillage

6 Truck / Trailer Mounted Vacuum Systems
We have truck / trailer mounted systems for handling bulk materials in cement and other industries where the complete system can be taken to each and every part of the factory for vacuuming and discharging. These systems have hopper capacity of 5m3 to 25 m3 or more and have automatic tipping systems for discharge and can be connected with hose length of 100m or more.

7 Big / Jumbo Bag collection Systems
We have both centralized and truck / skid mounted systems for packing the collected or transferred material into big /jumbo bags. These systems are very useful when the collected spillage or material is valuable or reusable or can be used to despatch for other areas. These systems are very useful in chemical, food, pharma and other processing industries.

8 Cement and Concrete Industries
Applications Cement and Concrete Industries Up to 10% of the production output of a cement company can be found as spillages around the site or in the plant. With a value of up to Rs.7000 per tonne, it is not surprising that companies  strive constantly to deal with spillages. Some examples of recent projects using DISAB equipment for cleaning cement plant such as: Mills Around bucket elevators Electrostatic  filters Around conveyor belts Around kilns Packaging plants Silo cleaning DISAB’s vacuum technology is primarily used to reduce the downtime resulting from plant breakdowns or interruptions that have caused a  spillage. When every minute counts, the material has to be removed quickly to enable the  system to be repaired and back in full operation.

9 Steel and Foundry Industries
In any steel manufacturing or metallurgical process, dust and waste material can have a significant and negative impact on production quality, as well as downtime and of course repair time. Very often this can represent valuable  material that can be recycled and re-processed. Some type of projects in foundries, blast furnaces and coke plants: General housekeeping, cleaning around the working environment Improving levels of productivity, Health & Safety Recovery of spillages from around conveyor belts, mixers, crushers, unloading areas Cleaning of crane bridges Cleaning of process filters and many more…

10 Paper and Pulp Industries
The treatment of raw material, the supply of local energy and the core production process in the pulp and paper industry means a wide range of wet and dry applications for DISAB vacuum systems in the pursuit of reduced down time, improved quality and the recycling of valuable material. Some typical applications are: Cleaning around conveyors: wood bark removal, wood chip transport and storage Ash removal and cleaning of boiler houses General cleaning in lime stores and mixers General cleaning of paper machines Sediment cleaning in tanks and silos and many more…

11 Bulk Minerals or Material Industries
Bulk handling and minerals normally involve different forms of unloading, transportation, storage and re-loading of raw material, usually in huge volumes. The recovery and recycling of, often large, quantities of spillages, let alone dealing with the dust generated, are one of the main reasons for companies to deploy our vacuum-based equipment in pursuit of simple and cost-effective solutions. Some typical applications include: Silo cleaning Area/roadway cleaning and sweeping Cleaning around bulk conveyors Cleaning around crushing plant Recovery of bulk material in large volumes within processing or loading areas Wherever you see harbour areas, bulk conveyors or crushing plant in quarries and mining areas, you inevitably find spillages and large quantities of dust being generated. The same applies to silo storage areas and equipment, and loading stations and plant for trucks or rail wagons. Our vacuum technology and industrial vacuum equipment are used everyday to recover valuable material and reduce the impact of dust on the local working environment.

12 Material Transfer systems
Our systems are capable of transferring bulk materials at high transfer rate and can be used for transferring to different parts of the factory. They are capable of handling materials which is harmful to humans. We can provide systems with hopper capacity of 0.5m3 to 5 m3 . The different discharge systems are Continuous discharge systems Fall Chamber Systems and Big Bag collection systems

13 Advantages High efficiency systems with less power rating, compared with competitors. High vacuum power systems ranging from 30Kpa to 150Kpa. Expertise in Wet or sludge handling systems. High transfer rate or material handling rate. Maximum suction from height of 120m above ground level. Maximum suction from a depth of 45m below ground level. Maximum discharge to a height of 80m above ground level. Option of both diesel and electrical driven systems. Can handle Toxic, Flammable, Explosive and Radio Active dusts.
