Students will ask 2 teachers to write a recommendation letter. Complete the 2 Teacher Information Forms.

Add colleges of interest to the College I Am Thinking About list by June 17 th and ongoing

Teacher Recommendation Request Form

Teacher Recommendation Request Does your school have a stamp icon? If yes, provide your teacher with an addressed, stamped envelope so they can mail your recommendation. IMPORTANT! A new form will need to be completed and given to teachers if you add more schools at a later date!

INVITE TEACHERS: This task will be completed during your meeting with the Registrar when you hand in the Transcript Request Form.
