Brief History on Cultural heritage and territorial identity These is the physical legacy artefacts and attributes of a group or society, that are inherited from the past generation, which maintained in the present and bestowed for the benefit of future generation, these include tangible culture, Such as Building, monuments, books, works of art, landscape, traditions, languages, and artefact. within the territorial of the local environment of Sakiai and jonava, which consist 38,000 to 46,000 population with there different images on the same vision and mission,

The cultural and heritage machine for trasfer cotton to trend in the territorial area.

The bridge that cross the river and these show the terretorial identity,

The art craft make by the villagers to promote more of the artefactin the terretorial and proote there culture.

Communication on grains and keeping the herritage for making flower design and kinds of cultural design for little kids and home decoration.

Swot Analysis Strength; 1 High level of community involvement in shared activities on the social, culture, heritage, like.. (basketballs selling of crafts and musical and church activities) 3 Community union (Local Action Group)Communication between the community and the leader show more open culture between them. 4 Skill for EU support to their cultural heritage (Activities like renovating their churches and art center.) 5 They have industries that export out to other neighborhood to grow the economy. (The jonava municipal export the heritage which is the fertilizer to other country) 6 Many Historical monuments, (Like the Big church of 150yrs ago Jonava, Strong the people of the community together and play center for the kids within the community) 7 Good new performance spaces for the Youth. (Like the basket court, football field, art practical place and theater house to bring the community and villagers together) The cause to strengthen and develop those parts of the heritage and cultural with there territorial identity which are not related to tourism, directly.

Weakness ; 1 Declining population of youths in the city and villages areas. (The youth to help promote more of the culture heritage and support the community to take care of the territorial image are migrating to other country for working and social life). 2 Pressures on traditional music, old ages from new and modern system (The new musical system and song and dance has really decline the promotion of the heritage, songs and dancing of the villages and community). 3 Competition between traditional arts & new, global media challenge to the traditional culture territorial,and it declining the heritage)

4 Weakness of trainers for the available space: (For rehearsal spaces, Cinemas, video & recording facilities, lack of Social Facilities. For the youth in the city and villages.) 5 Lack of bicycle and handicap lane.( The lack of road construction for the bicycle lane really affect the culture and territorial)

Opportunity.. 1 Multiculturalism: cultural variety & enrichment. (They have many cultural activities in the village to promote the heritage and their territorial image) E.g the Sept Festive which brings more of the villager from abroad back to their villages to meet there family. E.g Festive in Sintautai village. 2 Increased arts gallery funding. ( They get much help financially from individual and government for their local activities on art gallery, heritage. and it help on their territorial image) E.g of Individual support are the Gulbele Kiba. 3 Community Empowerment (The numbers of inhabitant in the territory makes available empowerment for the people living in the community and villages ).. E.g the village of Sveicapija.

4 Increased security for the community (The is more security for the community because of the protections of the heritage craft and territory image with the culture and there make more protection for the people within the territory)E.g The Army by the Ploksciai. 5 Community social security fund (Leads to make job opportunities for those who are not skilled for better occupations or those who are retired) (part-time or seasonal occupation).Like cultivating the grass within their territory and prevent damage of heritage and culture.

Threat... 1 Cultural discontinuity. (The migration is the threat to the community for the discontinuity of the cultural and the promotion of the heritages and the sustainability of the territorial images of the communities and villages.)E,g Youth of the community are 1/3, in population. 2 Change of local culture patterns. (The change of structure and patterns of the culture and how they practice the heritage are really threat to the the community in the territorial area) 3 Destruction of natural heritage.. (because of construction of the buildings of more space and beautification and stores in natural territorial zones).

Vision statement.. The territorial vision is to promote the laid down culture and heritage that will trigger a lasting longing rural populations in order to improve historical tradition of the territory of Sakiai and Jonava within the next decades. Mission..... The territorial mission is to meet the expectation of these different villager by providing them with the means and skills needed for successful heritage enhancement project and maintaining of there culture and heritage for future ones in the territorial and to provide employment and social life for youth to stop frequent migrating from the village and city
