BELL WORK: 1/5/16 Write the following notes: Parallel structure (also called pitchforking) is the repeating of specific parts of grammar in a sentence. When you use pitchforking, all the pieces should sound similar. Good Example: Ashley likes to ski, to swim and to jump. Bad Example: Ashley likes to ski, to swim and jumping.
