Experts of the Centre All experts of the Razumkov Centre hold university degrees, most of them- academic degrees. Experts are constantly improving their skills in foreign universities and training centres, speak foreign languages, possess policy analysis skills Most experts of the Razumkov Centre have worked in the National Security and Defenсe Council of Ukraine, ministries and agencies, the Administration of the President of Ukraine, Embassies of Ukraine in foreign countries The Centre's experts have experience in teaching at universities and other higher education institutions of Ukraine, have skills in teaching political, economic and social sciences The Centre continuously delegates its experts to the key state authorities (the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court, ministries and agencies). In its turn, experts and research fellows of the Centre are specialists who have gained work experience in different government agencies

Proposals of the Razumkov Centre Were embodied in the laws of Ukraine : - " On the Election of the President of Ukraine "; - " On National Security of Ukraine "; - " On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine " Were taken into account by public authorities in the preparation of strategic policy documents, legal acts, Programme of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Coalition agreement in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the annual Address of the President to the Parliament; were implemented in different areas of public policy Were used in the work of international organisations (UN, OSCE, Council of Europe), international donor organisations, Ukrainian and foreign companies, banks, civil society organisations
