Experts of the Centre All experts of the Razumkov Centre hold university degrees, most of them- academic degrees. Experts are constantly improving their skills in foreign universities and training centres, speak foreign languages, possess policy analysis skills Most experts of the Razumkov Centre have worked in the National Security and Defenсe Council of Ukraine, ministries and agencies, the Administration of the President of Ukraine, Embassies of Ukraine in foreign countries The Centre's experts have experience in teaching at universities and other higher education institutions of Ukraine, have skills in teaching political, economic and social sciences The Centre continuously delegates its experts to the key state authorities (the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court, ministries and agencies).
