What is in the toolkit? – research and advice  Center implements donor-funded projects aiming at development of local policies in the field of land administration and spatial planning  Research is done at national level and at local level (Kyiv, Lutsk, Odesa, Kharkiv)  Our experts take part in projects of technical assistance (BVVG GmbH)

What is in the toolkit? – support of legislative activities  Analysis of draft laws compliance with WTO and EU rules and principles (2002- 2004, 80 drafts, for Committee on European Integration)  Drafting of Laws on Land Market and Cadastre (2007, working party at the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine)  Drafting of Law on Land Market (2007, working party at Effective Management Fund)

Our plans: plans for us Short-term: to restore My Land website (75% done) and to secure financial sustainability of the Center (set of manuals on land law, 85% done) Mid-term: to win the project with Norwegian Cadastre (1 year, 3 Mio NOK) Long-term: to further promote reputation of the Center in Ukraine and abroad
