CAMPUS INTERNATIONALIZATION VISION UMKC’s International vision is to establish a global presence by providing opportunities in international education that include teaching, learning, research, cultural programming, and student and professional exchanges both incoming and abroad, thereby putting student success at the center. MISSION This vision will be implemented by UMKC administration, faculty and staff who will make an institutional commitment to comprehensive internationalization: the education of globally competent citizens by providing cross cultural, language and educational opportunities for US and International students, and by inculcating the importance of understanding the diverse and global nature of business, politics, industry, research, environment and health.
