Humans have a digestive system to take in nutrients and distribute them throughout their body. But, what about aliens?

Your job is to create an alien and explain through drawings and notes how your alien gets it’s nutrients.

Think about this… 1.Where does your alien live? 2.What does your alien eat? 3.How does it mechanically break down its food? 4.How does it chemically break down its food? 5.How does your alien absorb nutrients? 6.How does your alien get rid of the waste?

You must include a comparison of all of the human digestive system organs. EXAMPLES: Salivary glands (spit) = Goo secretion from the nose Teeth = Laser beams from the throat to break up food Esophagus = Spiral tube Rectum = trap door

Laser beams from eyes to break up food Spiral esophagus Large Stomach to eat people My Alien Spiders to move nutrients through the body
