Supermarkets, restaurants, catering companies. Social i nstitutions Companies specializing in the processing of vegetables and grapes. Canned food Dried fruits Beverage Others Russia Kazakhstan Other countries Priority directions of development of trade in agricultural products: Development of regional wholesale food markets oriented the sales of agricultural products. Development of infrastructure serving the food and agricultural wholesale markets. Establishment cooperatives serving the dekhkan farms, including private farms. Raising awareness of dehkan farms on the market and the volume of production on a regional scale. The development of a mechanism the conclusion of futures contracts between producers and consumers of agricultural products with the terms of advancing of production. The producer shall be oriented a particular consumer. Processing enterprises and producers should be supported through the provision of soft loans for the production of fruits and vegetables in the amounts not exceeding the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Republic. The development of logistics centers. In such centers should be equipped with its storage for long-term storage of agricultural products. The logistics centers need to focus marketing service, packaging, and transportation services. Mitigation of trade and administrative barriers to the export-oriented productions. Support for export, establish of trade representatives in countries with potential commodity markets and others. One of the main problems negatively influencing the profitability of producers is considered the problem of product sale, the problem in the system of sales due to the following factors: Unplanned and disorganized production of vegetables and melons. Lack of information on market capacity. Trade restrictions on exports. Many types of administrative documents required to obtain an export permit. Underdevelopment of network of wholesale markets in the regions. Significant seasonal variations in production (excess production in the season and the lack of in the offseason). Small-scale orientation of dehkan farms: dehkan farms usually sell a minimum batches ( kg) on at local markets or wholesale resellers. Lack of specialized storage facilities for dehkan farms’ products storage. The lack of guaranteed state procurement of fruit and vegetables. Reduced financial support for production only partially covers the needs of these enterprises in financial resources. Interaction mechanism of sales channels of fruit and vegetable is in the following areas: Dehkan farms sell their products mostly to entrepreneurs, intermediaries who buy products directly from several dehkan farms. On the next stage the production is directed to the wholesale markets or the markets of big cities. Based their capabilities, they can also send products to private storage, export products. The mechanism or directions of sales channels of farmers' products can be divided into four areas: Fields - wholesalers and wholesale markets; Fields - selling of products under contracts with procurement organizations; Field-sorting-packing-storing- selling on local markets; Field-sorting - intermediaries-packaging-exporting (agrifirm or entrepreneurial agents having a permit to carry out wholesale trade).
