PHASE 2 – FREE DIGITAL PASSES DISTRIBTION

Activity Flow Participants will get up to 3 attempts for the Show. Each participant will be given merchandise and passes. A data sheet will be kept at the canter in order to record the information of the participants Merchandise will be given to the winners along with passes for the concert. Each participant will be given 2 passes for the concert (in case of additional pass request, 2 more passes will be handed over)

PHASE 3 – SELECTION & AUDITIONS

Talent Scouting A dedicated team of 3 personnel based in Navi Mumbai will touch base with various fashion institute and dance academies. The academies would be informed about the hunt and they will be invited to participate for the same This will ensure participation by genuine talent in each area. This team will also get local judges for the on-ground auditions as well as grooming of the talent hunt winner for Navi Mumbai. A dedicated team of 3 personnel based in Navi Mumbai will touch base with various fashion institute and dance academies. Set-up 1 judging room & 1 holding area Backdrop (in the holding area) Banners – 10 nos (judging room and in and around the venue) Standees – 2 nos (in the judging room) Branding Registration desk at the entrance

Short listing 3 judges based in Mumbai, will short list participants on a daily basis and finalize 100 participants for the Mega audition round. In the first round, the judges will shortlist all the participant in a simple ‘’yes/no’’ format Participants with a ‘’yes’’ judgment will move into the next round where the judges will score each one of them on points between 1 and 10 thereby cutting the number down to 20 for the Final auditions. Among 20 participants from each competition top 3 participants will be declared as winner for Miss. Navi Mumbai and top 3 participants for Mr. Navi Mumbai and top 3 participants for solo dance competition and group dance competition.

PHASE 4 – GROOMING

Grooming Grooming sessions will be held for 4 days with the selected participants – to be conducted by Professional. Participant will be trained on various aspects right from stage presence, body language, etc.

No Of Participants In fashion show competition auditions will be taken of 200 girls and 200 boys. In Dance competition auditions will be taken of 200 solo and 20 groups. All participants will get certificate from bliss.

FASHION The Winner of fashion show competition will be awarded with a cash prize of 1 lakh rupees, crown, trophy and certificate. The first runner up will be awarded with a cash prize of 50,000 rupees, trophy and certificate. The second runner up will be awarded with a cash prize of 20,000 rupees, trophy and certificate. Remaining 17 girls participants and 17 boys participants will be honored for best hair style, walk, pose, smile, look, etc. All participants will get certificate from bliss. DANCE The winner of dance competition will be awarded with a cash prize of 51,000 rupees, trophy and certificate. The first runner up will be awarded with a cash prize of 30,000 rupees, trophy and certificate. The second runner up will be awarded with a cash price of 20,000 trophy and certificate. NOTE:- PRICE MONEY MAY BE CHANGED IT CAN BE INCRESED OR DECREASED. Winner

PHASE 5 – FINALE BLISS 2016 REALITY SHOW

BLISS 2016 WITH CELEBRITY JUDGES 1 DAY Fashion & DANCE FESTIVAL The grand culmination to the entire campaign happens with a show or competition in Navi Mumbai. A platform for the amateur artist to become an BLISS NAVI MUMBAI 2016 by showcasing his/her talent in front of a massive crowd The passes of the concert would be distributed during the activation.
