PARTY BOOK IS BACK!! The BPCP Party Book train is heading out of the station and we want you to COME ABOARD! WHAT IS PARTY BOOK, YOU ASK? BPCP Party Book is a collection of special events HOSTED BY BPCP families FOR BPCP families. Parties give us opportunities to socialize AND support the school at the same time – all proceeds go directly to our school! We need everyone to participate in order to make this a success!

How can I get in on the Party? Want to HOST a party? Want to ATTEND a party? Hosts are the planners, promoters, and funders of the parties. It’s a great way to meet other parents and have fun! Don’t have the time to plan a party? Sign up to host as a silent partner - you can contribute financially and help make a party a success! Attendees buy tickets to these wonderful parties and enjoy the activities. Some parties are for kids, some for adults, and some for all! Want to SUPPORT a party? Parties always need help with logistics. Help with set up, clean up, and chaperoning, etc.!

We need a few good HOSTS! Hosts are the backbone of successful parties! But what does a host do? Planning Party differs for each party, but can include: Deciding the date & time Funding the party costs Figuring out the activities and décor for the party Finding and booking any vendors Providing snacks/food/beverages Coordinating logistics, including set-up, clean-up and chaperones Marketing and promoting your event YOU’RE NOT ALONE!! EACH PARTY HAS BETWEEN 4 AND 8 HOSTS Check your next week to sign up online!

Want to get involved?
