3. Planning the Event
Last year (2016) was the first year of the organized family sweet heart dance. This year (2017) will be a different theme but same concept. I was hoping we can do a glow party but we can't get the gym dark enough so I'm leaning towards a super hero costume party to go with our school theme for the year.

My budget is $500 (need to double check) that covers water, decor and snacks

In 2016 DJ Priestly donated his time and was our DJ, hoping he will do it again.

5. Projected Goal
Our goal is to break even, this event is mainly to get everyone together and have a great time we made a profit, hoping to do so again this year. We kept the entry price low in hopes of getting a good turn out.
