HELLO EDUCATORS!!

Are you planning for including Educational Technology in your school and classrooms? Or – Have you already implemented any expensive technology solution for your school?

Are you getting enough Return on your Investment? Do you think your staff are making the most of the tools you have? Would training help to develop their digital confidence?

We offer an International, futuristic, fresh, fun and interactive approach to professional development. Our resources and training gives educators the tools, skills and attitude to create and deliver exciting and creative lessons.

We are an Education Management Consultancy with unrivalled international networks. We use that collective experience to provide high level strategic policy and delivery advice in the deployment of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to transform education.

We support teachers to: Introduce pupils to the latest web- hosted technologies Enhance their own and their classes’ teaching and learning Improve their own digital competence and confidence Foster students’ higher-order skills such as creativity and enterprise

Our research-based, futuristic, ICT integration solution includes: *ICT Competencies Framework *Action Plan *Implementation *Continuous Monitoring *Outcome Impact Audit *Moderator support

The ICT Competencies Framework is a tool that helps teachers identify their level of maturity in the use of ICT. It offers a structured route for reviewing and improving the use of technology. It has a set of descriptors that enable you to see where you can make your ICT use more effective.

STEP 1 -- Initiation The school identifies dedicated ICT coordinators through whom the process will be implemented. The ICT Competencies Framework is understood and initiated by the ICT coordinators.

STEP 2 -- Analytical Survey A survey will be conducted by an analyst team, based upon the ICT Competencies Framework descriptor response. The survey will involve teachers, management and resources available in the school.

STEP 3 -- Defining an action plan With the goals, budgets, timelines defined and the findings of the survey, a customised action plan will be finalised. The action plan would detail phased implementation and a road map which for ICT implementation. The action plan will take into account the existing resources in the school and ensure that their potential is fully realized.

STEP 4 -- Sourcing and installation of Hardware and Software Required support will be provided in the procurement and installation of hardware and software in the classrooms. Only the best international brands in educational technology with unmatched service and warranties will be recommended.

STEP 5 – Teachers’ Professional Development This is a key element of the integration process. Teachers build competencies and skills across three different levels: *Handling technology *Understanding technology *Reflecting upon technology Teachers are empowered to use ICT to enhance learning across the curriculum and make lessons inspiring, engaging and relevant for our 21 st century learners.
